Schiaffo Edizioni- L'Uomo Visibile

Hello dear fellas and visual addicted, here are the new illustrations for - Schiaffo Edizioni -. The idea coming from a team of creative heads moving around the reality of Modena and Bologna city is to take three people -> one writer, an illustrator and a graphic designer (that shakes everything together), and making a unique something coming from them. An illustrated short tale that is possible to send -the size is the same of a postcard-, hang on a wall with a golden baroque frame or keeping it under the short leg of the kitchen table -for this you need lots-. More detail about them here ->http://www.tastemeat.com/schiaffo/

P.s.- Some people and not just Marino asks why the Hell writing in English. Let's say that Italian language or even french are not really "for everybody". So, or I do a new blog for fellas and another for the community (the rest of the world is quite big and no, anybody of them speaks a fluent italian or french... So I prefer to keep, at least here, writing with my antigramaticalignorant english) or well... Well, vote for it! A new contest is launched! English against rest of the world! Who wants what?!?!?!

Yours,

E

FEFE' PROJECT- THE MAMMOTH MAG STRIKES AGAIN

Some months ago I met Mr Vernieri, the art director of a rising Mammoth Magazine made in Italy with the visual collaboration of many, really many artists, graphic and comics designer from all over the world. The idea behind FEFE' project is something misteriously conceptual but so conceptual that it's easy to get it, like a quantum geriatric couple escaping from their nurse through the toilet tub. And I like it. This maybe is the most incredible thing, I liked a so called -conceptual proudly to be it- magazine for creative people. So, in Luxembourg at the Symposium of Independent Magazine we met, we had some tasty prosecco with the other fellas and I promised to do an illustration for him under the thema given for that issue. I was happy to meet such a nice crew so I've done some very radical drawing. In Barcelona then, at the presentation of the new number of the magazine I discovered they gave me not just the possibility to be in the list of the people published, that allready it's nice, but I got the front page. For the second time this year I was the choosen artist for the cover of a design magazine. I mean, fuck, nice not? When I do my work in my room I really try to give my best. Sometimes people doesn't get how much energy there is in a single piece and how much passion I put in it. I was really happy about that collab, not for the cover only, but because there is a real connection between people respecting each other when the basic is making the good. Coherence pays back.
